In the early 2000s, WMS expanded our top-tier service outside of California. In Austin, Texas, we led the implementation of a “zero tolerance graffiti” program and trained city departments on how this program should be managed. We were tasked with the eradication of graffiti from all of the public parks, maintaining the surfaces vandal-free, and creating a comprehensive report of incidents, removals, time, and expense for the city. Through our stewardship, direction, and communication, Austin took these services in-house using the fundamentals of our unparalleled service model.
